- Certified Prenatal Health Worker (CPHW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and master’s level education in health psychology, public health education, or a related field with 2 years’ experience in group facilitation
- Childbirth certification and/or lactation certification required
- Experience in facilitating groups in behavior change
- Experience and Knowledge of Weight Management
- Monitors financial performance, and identifies and recommends strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of care/service
- Assists in managing the day to day operations and resolving human resource, labor relations, employee and department safety, and risk management issues for the Ambulatory RN Staff Educators and Member Health RN Educators
