Anesthesia, ICU, Neonatology and ER) to ensure, in coordination with Marketing, that Masimo’s technologies are present in the academic programs of all major congresses and symposiums and in local protocols
- Engage in selling of accounts, including qualification, demonstration and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning Masimo’s technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systems
- Provide information to upper management including market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements
- Ensure Clinical Adoption across the Surgical Product Portfolio: Lead trialing, demonstrations, and in-servicing to enhance customers’ adoption of their portfolio. Support site visits, product fairs, and mock rooms, as necessary. Collaborate with other Hill-Rom divisions and industry partners across the continuum of care
- Sell 3M Infection Prevention products
- Position 3M as a solutions provider
- Educate hospital staff on products, standards and guidelines
