- Oversees and coordinates timeline for preparation and submission of proposals; obtains necessary authorizations/signatures, submits proposals and follows up on proposal status. Plans, organizes, and controls resources to prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
- Update database, work with administrative team on updating/monitoring information and data; including but not limited to progress reports and report cards, ISMA, and troubleshooting as needed
- Identify staff systems training needs, provide training as it relates to new systems and system changes and upgrades
- Assist with proctoring of state tests as needed
- Works with the Director of Research to coordinate the effort of data collection for grant applications and reporting by the University’s various schools and departments
