- Contribute to the development of a high-performance culture
- Participate in planning, resource allocation, training and team-building functions

- Develop quantitative and qualitative methods for assessing suitability and evaluating performance of existing and future predictive models
- Research alternative modelling approaches, including design and evaluation of testing to make proposals for implementation
- Support data enrichment through identification, sourcing and evaluation of new data sources
- Identify suitable analytic or modelling tools and arrange, design and implement proof of concept trials for appraisal and procurement
