- Providing functional leadership for all Group Retail new model developments, enhancements and related strategies and infrastructure to ensure appropriate bank standards are adhered to by model developers and the Business Unit Risk Teams
- Assist with the completion of the approval process for Retail Business Unit or Credit Analytics proposals for changes to decision models and/or strategies and related tools
- Ensure model development conforms to ANZ (GMV) approved build standards
- Undertake independent testing and validation of new or changed credit models prior to their implementation
- Establish effective and repeatable processes for the validation and monitoring of Asia pacific retail credit decision models
- Provide succinct and regular reporting on model performance to GMV Senior Managers, BU’s and other stakeholders
- Provide statistical analysis and support for improvements to current automated credit processes
- Assist with calculation of the Model Performance Indicator (MPI) ratings for ANZ Decision and Rating Models
- Assist with Market and Operating Risk related Validations and Projects
