- Advanced education or industry/professional certification or licensing desirable
- Necessary skills and capabilities: Good communication, reasoning and analytical skills; ability to operate independently and execute independent judgment
- Good working knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, property valuation (e.g., ARGUS) and mapping software; internet search skills
- Experience: zero to three years in commercial real estate management, banking, investment management or related areas
