- Providing governance support for material models (MRC, TRMC, MPRCs etc.), issues’ management, MRM admin support, management of model risk related ORBIT and GNEP issues
- Experience in a Risk and/or Valuations / Middle Office environment
- .Provide full operating model build support for automated solutions along with 24 7 engagement for post-production support
- Work with operational risk controllers within the team in Singapore as well as in overseas locations to produce reports on key operational risk metrics and matters to the Board and senior management
- Perform analysis of operational risk data to generate useful information and insights for the reports to the Board and senior management
- Provide secretarial support to the Group Operational Risk Committee
- Produce periodic operational risk events bulletins to the units within the DBS Group for sharing of lessons learned from major external and internal risk events
- Participate in the maintenance and refinement of the group-wide Operational Risk Management policies and methodologies

- Strong risk and control sense with ability to identify operational risk exposures in business activities, new product/service offerings and outsourcing initiatives, and to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of risk-mitigating controls
- Analytical and able to identify key themes and trends from data and information
- Expertise knowledge required on BI tools – Cognos, Tableau etc
- Write & execute SQL queries in Teradata environment
- Document business requirements
- Read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables well enough to create detailed test cases
- Ensure that transition plans and change management documentation from current to future state are delivered with each solution implementation
- Review & analyze different sets of data to assess risks of the WAM business units and query more meaningful risks within enterprise risk reports
- Coordinate the periodic receipt of all relevant key risk indicator (‘KRI’) data from various business units, ensure the level of data quality meets requirements, and consolidate/manage the data
