- Responsible for HCC medical staff hiring, orientation, credentialing, development, trainings, and performance management while providing input to the Medical Director and HCC Senior staff for final review
- Manages daily medical operations, workflow, work schedules, and timecard monitoring to ensure efficient and effective health center performance
- Makes recommendations regarding medical staffing model based on objective scheduling and volume analysis, insures appropriate clinical staffing on a daily basis and collaborates with Medical Director in execution of a successful staffing matrix
- Works collaboratively with the Medical Director in managing internal medical staff including regular communications, peer review process, planning/executing medical staff meetings, creation/implementation of policies and procedures
