- Work with EH&S Sr. Director to manage Environmental Health and Safety aspects of DFCI’s off-site and satellite locations
- Develop, implement and maintain Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policy, programs and procedures in compliance with HGST/WD, applicable laws and regulatory, and other requirements
- Provide guidance and technical support to all levels regarding EHS related issues
- Liaise with HGST/WD Corporate Environmental Health & Safety, other sites EHS function and external parties to enhance continual improvement of Environmental Health and Safety Management System
- Perform EHS inspection to identify potential risks, determine corrective and preventive measures and follow up to ensure the actions are effectively implemented
- Ensure that investigation of work-related accidents or environmental incidents analyzing and providing appropriate report to management including action plans and prevention of re-occurrence
