- Ensure that, in consultation with the local or Citi Tax, all Intra-Citi Services are adequately documented in accordance with applicable local and U.S. tax laws, including the preparation of transfer pricing reports by an external advisor if required by law or otherwise prudent for tax risk management purposes
- Independently assess the operational risks inherent in controls and governance over the process for contracting internal service providers and compliance with ICSP. Review completeness of ICSAs as it relates to services and compliance with arm’s length pricing
- Work with local Country legal to update Country Addenda’s as required
- Prepare and originate monthly MPR/MA adjustments; sends/receives on business specific platforms
- Prepare monthly estimates, forecasts, outlooks and annual budgets ◦Collate and validate financial estimates ("flash") for the current month during production cycle (first 5 business days of the month)
- Database Management ◦Prepare monthly database updates for various systems and platforms
