- Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, transfer and key logs, process customer receipts
- Effectively market the company while dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
- Assists customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service
- Notify management of any known customer problems, vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance
- Greet all customers as they arrive and exit the lot
- Remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle and turn into lost and found
- Check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
- No significant disciplinary action on file in the last 90 days
